Hewlett Packard is working on a cloud based tablet which would be running Web OS. HP hopes that this tablet will take personal computing to the next level. It would have almost no storage of its own. All your data like pictures, music, document files and other stuff would be stored in a cloud. Your HP tablet would just be working as a terminal for you and therefore it would not have a storage capacity itself.
One of the biggest advantage of cloud technology is that you don't have to have storage and resources to manage your system. The only thing you need is an internet connection. From your HP tablet , you would gain access to your cloud where your data would be stored. That means if you lose your tablet for any reason you won't lose your precious data.
