1. BlackBerry PlayBook
Among the best products , and the most awaited tablets is the BlackBerry PlayBook. The 7-inch tablet is powered by BlackBerry OS unlike most of the tablets which run android. Features are plentiful , for the business users and offers seamless touch experience. BlackBerry PlayBook will be offered in three different variations with 16GB, 32GB and 64GB storage. It is expected to be available by end of 1st quarter,2011.
2. Motorola XoomTaking away the best in the show award , Motorola Xoom is one such tablet which is expected to give tough competition to already number one in the market , Apple iPad. However it remains to be seen whether it will live upto its expectations when it releases in the market.
Powered by android 3.0 Honeycomb , Motorola Xoom packs some amazing features such as 10.1 inch screen, front and rear camera, 4G enabled. However it will not be coming in the market unless Android 3.0 is released.
3. Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc
Flaunting a huge 4.2 inch screen and packing a 8MP camera , Sony Ericsson Xperia Arc is one serious phone coming this year. Running android "Gingerbread" and powered by 1GHz Qualcomm processor , it has extra thinness in its built that is why it weights just 117 g. It is expected to be released by spring 2011.
4. Motorola AtrixMotorola Atrix smart phone is another highlight by Motorola this year. It is run by android 2.2 and features HDMI which means you can connect your Atrix to your TV screen.There is also a dock for the phone that has a screen, keyboard, touch pad, battery and USB ports in an 11-inch shell. The phone can essentially act as a desktop, laptop and smartphone. It also has 1GB RAM , 16GB storage and most importantly NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor. Release date is not decided yet.

5. Dell Venue
Dell launched its first 4G enabled mobile called Dell Venue which packs in 1GHz Qualcomm processor , 4.1 inch display , 512 MB RAM, HD video recording with 8MP digital camera, WiFi and running android 2.2 Froyo. The phone's display is 4.1 inch WVGA AMOLED capacitive multi touch which makes navigation a breeze. It also has flash support so that you can easily surf the web and watch your favorite flash videos without any difficulty.
