Zong: M9 Launched , what's your plan??

The much awaited m9 package by zong has hit the market this morning. The package has a bunch of plans to choose from which are a combination of cheap  call+expensive sms/GPRS or vice versa . That means you get one thing cheaper at the expense of other.

Main Highlights:

• M9 has 12 plans/combos to choose from which has 2.20 call rate/min to cheapest 0.90/min call rate.
• All plans/combos have free minutes/sms combinations and you can chose the one which suits you the best.
•  Choose from what you demand the most and you will be getting the cheapest whether its off-net calls, GPRS or something else, M9 has it all.

What's Different ?

• 0.90/ min call rate plan will surely be the catch of M9 as no other telecom operator is even close to this rate at this moment. The closest is Telenor talkshawk offering 0.63/30 sec. Interestingly 0.90/min plan has a monthly charge of Rs 30 which means Rs1/day subscription. Well not bad for heavy call users.!!
• For heavy GPRS users the 2.00/min call rate price plan offers the cheapest GPRS rate at 8paisa per 8 KB. Moreover it offers 1 free minute on every 2 minutes used during the day which you have to consume in that day. Great.!!
• Voice bundles: 3 voice bundles to choose from, PKR 100/500/1000 bundles . In 100 rupees you get 80 free minutes and 100 free sms. That translates into 0.80 paisa / minute call to any network.That is even cheaper then then the 0.90/minute voice plan :-P

Add On's

• Daily,weekly, fortnightly and monthly sms bundles 
• Voice bundles : 3 voice bundles. (PKR 100 bundle is the best!!)
• Family Pack : 3 nominated family members get to call free for the whole month against a monthly price of Rs 799/month+tax.
• IDD Bundles: For the first time in Pakistan m9 offers 3 different IDD bundles to choose from.
• Super Free Number: you can call to one nominated number for free whole month against a charge of Rs 500+tax per month.
• Super Offer: calls between 00:00 and 07:00 will be absolutely free . Service charge 4.99+tax (One time only)
• Friends and Family Numbers: 5 F&F numbers are allowed. Call rate will be half the of the price plan you select. That means if you have 0.90 price plan then your five f&f numbers (on-net) would be charged at 0.45/min .!!
